At Hilden Grange we offer wraparound care, with a breakfast club from 7.30am, and after school care until 6pm. Parents can book on a termly or a more ad-hoc basis.
After School Care is co-ordinated by Miss White. A Booking Form for After School Care is sent to Parents before the start of each term giving them the opportunity to pre-book their children into After School Care for the coming term.
The After School Care facility may also be used on an occasional basis. Please e-mail the school at afterschoolcare@hildengrange.co.uk before 11.30am on the day concerned. If there is an unexpected need for After School Care and it is after this time then please contact us directly using the After School Care mobile number, 07920 571795 (not the School Office please). A charge will be added to your end of term account. Please be aware that we do have limited places so we may not always be able to accommodate all requests.
If you require any further information on the After School Care then please contact Miss White on the After School Care mobile.
If we are over-subscribed on any day that you have requested, Miss White will contact parents. Places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. If you do not hear from Miss White, please assume that your bookings are confirmed.
