Forest School Fun

The Year 2 children thoroughly enjoyed their first forest school session of term.

The children engaged in a ‘tree hunt’ and now can recognise some of the plant life in our forest area. After lunch they whittled their own wands and crafted fabulous elder beads. The day was finished off with a good portion of freshly cooked popcorn from the campfire.
