Joint venture with Scholastic Press

In an exciting joint venture with Scholastic Press, Mrs Bruce and Mrs George have been comissioned to write a book that focuses on the link between creative arts and performance.  Hilden Grange will be used as a case study throughout the book as an 'example of best practice', providing ideas for other schools to follow.

A number of projects are taking place throughout the year which will feature in the book:

Following their theatre trip to 'Stomp' in the Michaelmas Term, Year 8 rehearsed their own version and interpretation of 'Stomp' in their drama and music lessons.

As part of a project on 'street art', Year 7 have been producing some wonderfully vivid canvasses, inspired by the work of Keith Haring.
