Children in the Pre-Prep enjoy participating in a wide range of clubs.  These include Girls' Games and Recorders, Craft and ICT, Hama Beads, Sewing and French to name just a few.

French Club
The emphasis is very much on having fun in a foreign language. Favourite games include “vrai ou faux” (true or false, a version of “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” – where the questions asked relate to days of week, months of year, seasons and other vocabulary covered – all in French of course!  The children learn traditional songs such as  “Savez vous planter les choux?” (a song about planting cabbages) as well as more modern songs.  Children enjoy hearing stories such as the French version of  "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" and also learn various rhymes which accompany finger movements, as well as playground games such as “une pomme rouge” – a version of one potato, two potatoes.

Dance Club
A very popular club, the dance club is run by our Dance Teacher, Miss Charlton.

Craft Club
Craft Club is a chance for the children to take part in a wide range of activities.  Constructing junk models has proved very popular and children have also made clay models, electrical circuits and a knight's helmet.

Singing for Fun
Run by Mr Cox, the School's Director of Music, this is an informal club to reinforce the children's love of singing with fun songs.
